  • Do I need to have an app to receive notifications?

    Yes. Customers must have installed an app in order to receive notifications on their phone.

  • Does the smart retail solution support both Android and iOS devices?

    Beacons are compatible with iBeacon (Apple) and Eddystone (Google) protocols, so the smart retail solution works with both Android and iOS devices.

  • How does the solution work with my existing app?

    We provide you SDK that can be integrated with your existing mobile app.

  • Do you offer a SDK for both iOS and Android?

    Yes! Our solution provides SDKs for both the platform that can be integrated with a mobile app.

  • I do not have an app. What should I do?

    Don’t worry. Our developers can help you create a mobile app.

  • Can I use my own beacons?

    Yes, but we recommend Estimote Beacons.

  • What is the battery life of Estimote Beacons?

    Default battery life 3 years; maximum life 5+ years.

  • What is the range of the beacons?

    The typical range of beacon is up to 70 m (230 ft.). Of course, it depends on the location, because radio signals could be absorbed or diffracted.

  • What is the ideal size of the store to implement the smart retail solution?

  • What sort of campaigns can I create with our solution?

    The smart retail solution has pre-built templates that you can select, edit and then use to run to offer highly personalized offers and messages to your customers. You can run following types of campaigns:

    • Welcome message
    • Push notification in form of photos, audio, and video clips and offer more information on demand.
    • Offering discounts and incentives
    • And so on…
  • Do beacons send in-store offers based on customer locations or apps do?

    Beacons do not send notifications to a user’s phone; apps do. Beacons simply send small bits of data, typically a unique identifier to an app (e.g., in-store location) to tell the app that the customer enters into the vicinity of beacons. That signal triggers an app to perform an action.

  • Is my data secured in your platform?

    Your data will be 100% secure on our platform. We use the separate database, preferably Azure cloud to store your dataset that ensures that your data is safe and secure, which is just same as Microsoft Clouds security.

  • How can I manage beacons across multiple locations?

    The system gives you a simple interface to manage multiple locations in the backend. Once you select the specific location, you can easily drag-and-drop beacons and assign campaigns.

  • What kind of technical support do you offer?

    Customer service is paramount! We always keep this in mind and thus offer technical support to our customers at any level.
